1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, registering, or using the services provided by Bot Miner (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Staking Insurance & Initial Withdrawal Policy To ensure the long-term sustainability, security, and stability of the platform's ecosystem, we have implemented specific guidelines regarding user withdrawals:
Mandatory Staking Insurance: In order to become eligible for your first-ever withdrawal from the Platform, you must have an active Staking Insurance policy.
Insurance Calculation: The required Staking Insurance fee is fixed at 50% of your total share price. This amount must be fully deposited or allocated to your Staking Insurance balance before the initial withdrawal request can be processed and approved.
3. Post-Payment Community Review Policy Community trust and transparency are core values of Bot Miner. Therefore, all users must adhere to our post-payment engagement rules:
Mandatory Facebook Reviews: Following every successful payment receipt or withdrawal from the Platform, users are strictly required to post a payment review (proof of payment) in at least two (2) different Facebook groups.
Referral Exemption: We highly value members who help grow our community. If you have successfully brought active referrals to the Platform, the mandatory Facebook review requirement is entirely waived. Users with active referrals are not required to post reviews after receiving payments.
4. Compliance and Account Security Users are expected to strictly follow the withdrawal and review policies mentioned above. Failure to complete the Staking Insurance for the first withdrawal, or failing to post the required Facebook reviews (unless exempted via active referrals), may result in the temporary hold of your funds or the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5. Amendments to the Terms Bot Miner reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such modifications.
